City home kit consultation (Update - Results on Page 10)

There have been numerous posts by people demanding a consultation on the home kit, similar to the badge consultation.

I've set up this survey and I'd be happy to forward the results on to the club to show them there is an appetite for this.

Please feel free to complete, only takes 5 minutes.

EDIT: We've had nearly 500 responses, it would be good to get over 1000 so it's a substantial figure that the club can take seriously.

Please feel free to forward this on to fellow blues and on social media. However, ideally we'd like to keep this to genuine Blues and not have it hijacked by rags or JCL fans.

Once we get 1000 responses I'll publish the results on here and forward it to the club.

I did it, and thanks for setting it up, mate. I recognize there are multiple permutations given the choices, but the last question doesn't offer the sky-blue and white hoops as an option on the socks which is what I prefer.

More important though -- I really do think too many are getting FAR too hung up on the socks. There is some consensus on the shirt trim (the designers are going to monkey with this no matter what the fans want, so why fight it), but basically no consensus at all on the socks.

However, I think nearly all of those really focused on the kit and even those only moderately interested in it want sky blue shirts and white shorts. There is clear if not overwhelming consensus on that point. I think many believe that our home identity should be as consistent as that of many other major clubs, and it's a fair point IMO. Some of that is socks, but shorts for sure.

I think the best use of time and energy in communicating with the club is to focus on white shorts, not the other stuff.
