It’s possible for Stephan to be objective AND a City fan. Have a think.
But then wouldn't it have said, "Rule number X is unlawful"? No matter whether it's an easy fix or not, as it stands the Rules are unlawful (so City say they are all null and void until the unfair bits are fixed). That's my understanding / best guess.Unlawful on account of being ..... and for that reason only.
I am sorry but I don't see how in anyway this can be seen as a win for the PL.
The PL bring in APR rules.
City challenge them and the panel finds that the way the PL have implemented them to be illegal.
That's it end of! the word Illegal should end any discussion.
They now have to rewrite the rules. Which will have major implications for several clubs.
How is that in anyway a PL win?
It's not!
Think it is pretty clear I don't respond to every negative attack. So not sure this negative attack is justified either. But perhaps that is the spotlight talking.
He’s lost it. I knew this day would come :)No I retweeted it as an important counter balance to the other briefing.
I am not backing down from my position because....
get this
I ACTUALLY BELIEVE IT HAVING READ THE DECISION.
I could imagine he was grandad to a lot of kidsIs that Ricos grandad ?
In fairness the judgment itself mixes the spellings!**** can’t even spell judgment correctly.
Looks like you've been doing some flip-flopping,you were on with Jordon when you made the point I referenced so maybe you need to go back a bit farther.
