City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Unlawful on account of being ..... and for that reason only.
But then wouldn't it have said, "Rule number X is unlawful"? No matter whether it's an easy fix or not, as it stands the Rules are unlawful (so City say they are all null and void until the unfair bits are fixed). That's my understanding / best guess.

Apparently the rags regime is meeting today to discuss the future of ten bob. Wonder if they will sack him to get the pl shitshow off the front page.

I am sorry but I don't see how in anyway this can be seen as a win for the PL.

The PL bring in APR rules.

City challenge them and the panel finds that the way the PL have implemented them to be illegal.

That's it end of! the word Illegal should end any discussion.

They now have to rewrite the rules. Which will have major implications for several clubs.

How is that in anyway a PL win?

It's not!

Unlawful.

So bottom line is Pl was involved in a loophole while accusing city of 115 charges.
Scrape that shitty 115 now it should be a void and null

No I retweeted it as an important counter balance to the other briefing.

I am not backing down from my position because....

get this

I ACTUALLY BELIEVE IT HAVING READ THE DECISION.
He’s lost it. I knew this day would come :)
