I think there’s a behavioural/social/psychological element to this though.

If you’re surrounded by people saying you’re doing a great job then you find your self respect in that rather than through honest inward assessment.

It’s amazing what the mind can block out if it’s in your best interests to be ignorant to it.

That being said he is also an absolutely massive ****.

I think that’s the increase in mental health problems. If you’re acting against your core values as much as you block it out, you’ll know you are a ****!

You can only assume they must believe they have the numbers to vote it through. It’s crazy though, because either City will mount a challenge - or the IC may come back and clarify the rules remain illegal. They must be mad. Why not wait.
