City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

I’m assuming City want the amended rules thrown out so we can get the Etihad deal through under the old rules?
It has only ever been assessed under the old APT rules. The Amended rules came in after City applied for approval.

Along with the City are bullying the PL stories...
Imo...the vote tomorrow is irrelevant if the rules are still deemed to be unlawful.

If the PL haven’t stress tested them to EVERYONE'S complete satisfaction someone,City & Villa, will contest them in a tribunal.

City don't need victories, they need lawful, fair rules to be applied transparently to everyone, everytime.

Back to the tyranny of the majority.
But we are the majority mate, unlawful is unlawful , the shit house clubs that abstain in particular are the biggest shit houses of all , crapping their pants that big bad city may and probably will take this much further.

Edit - and I’ll wager a bet that spurs abstain - the biggest fucking shit house myth in English football.
