Maguire says on the podcast the full document was sent to him by one of his pals in the media which makes sense because without seeing it he can't comment on it. His comments on the podcast are hugely supportive of City. That must be why most of the media have ignored them.

Let's hope Der Spiegel don't get hold of the document, edit it and then forward the edited version on in an email which will probably read " City have took the piss, they have you know" and that gets picked up from the British media and passed as gospel.
