Think the whole story is confused nonsense. In both cases, City would have disclosure rights from the PL. Neither will have been "everything mentioning Manchester City". The disclosure would have been key word, date and custodian sensitive and will have been either agreed or established by the IC or arbitration if in dispute. Absolutely standard 2 way disclosure.Maybe because Lawton speciifcally stated it was 115 when he dropped the story might have somegthing to do with it..
Man City hearing: Premier League officials told to disclose texts and emails
exclusive
Senior officials hand over messages before November hearing into 115 charges against the club with separate hearing over City’s legal action against league set to begin on Monday
There was a suggestion/statement that the IC would only sit into a second week to consider City's claim for damages and that depended on City's winning its claims against APT regulations. Do we know if the IC is still sitting? And do we have any clarification of the significance of last week's proceedings? Could it be that the order to the PL to present all emails concerning City is connected to the claims of discrimination against our club?
