Premier League Handbook 2023/24Interesting, I'm probably jumping too early on this but the Premier League handbook is normally released by now. If it's not released in the next few days I think they're in panic mode

Judging by last season's date its due I guess they could release it and amend when necessary, unless they are awaiting on the verdict of the arbitration or a possible appeal or ?
