Based on the assumption that City legal representatives have pointed the finger or exposed the Red cartel cartel activities over many years and the fact non of the red cartel clubs have spent really big this summer like they usually do unchallenged. All the cartel clubs have basically stood still this summer window with little or no “noise” coming out of any of those said clubs . It feels different ? Is it different because of the “noise “ City legal representatives have made to the PL ?How?
We find out soon for sure !

Going to buy some PSG spare part for 51 million aswell which will take them to another 200 million spend with no CL money coming in. Probably would have spent more if their first choice targets hadn't pissed themselves with laughter and told their agent to get fucked when the phone rang.
