Why would they subject new lawful clauses to a vote? Isn't that how we got here in the first place? What if the clubs can't agree on the awful clauses and the vote fails, does that mean that APT rules would be completely scrapped?I foresee 2 stages. Had City won in full I’d envisaged a deletion of the offending clauses as they would have been unlawful. Then a process to vote on new lawful clauses in line with the decision. So no contradiction.

And, even if City had some minor successes, the rules that were successfully disputed would have to be changed or, at least, it would have to be made known those rules no longer applied.
I am still thinking no judgment has been made yet.

Ooh you are awful.Any rules found to be illegal would have been removed immediately (or at least made inoperative), but any new rules that replace them would still have to be subject to a vote.
It's the PL's responsibility to make sure any new rules are legal, awful or not :) If the clubs vote against the new (presumably compliant) rules, the PL has to run with just the remaining old rules.
Like I said before, if City can get a block of seven votes together, they can vote any new rules (on anything at all) out until the PL gets its house in order. Must be nearing seven clubs who want a new approach ..... the tyranny of the minority :)
