Fantastic news and really interesting to see just what has been going on behind the scenes. Whilst, understandably, the panel were not convinced there was anything xenophobic or discriminatory towards Middle Eastern owned clubs the length of time our information was sat on, the lack of opportunity for us to discuss things further and the fact that shareholder loans (interest free) were allowed just illustrates how big the issue is behind the scenes.
Very interested to see what the media reaction is to this. Presumably they'll ignore all the facts and just suggest we can now ruin football. Would be rather more positive if someone is able to review the position of certain clubs (Arsenal) if those interest free loans were to be included in PSR calculations.
I don't know if people remember when we were shite and the accusations we inflated sponsorship to make a load of money. But Arsenal have won fuck all yet seem to be able to spend whatever they like. £100m on Declan Rice after winning fuck all. Rwanda genocide washing.
