City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Its a big win for City, as youd expect. Theres no way we'd go to court without a strong expectation of some kind of win and any kind of win is a deeply embarrassing moment for the PL. To be told your own rules are unlawful is very damaging. Heads simply have to roll for that.

The spin attempt already though is genuinely hilarious, and you can just see how many morons will eat it up because they're too thick to understand the reality.

the premier league essentially trying to claim a victory because some of the claims were rejected is fooling nobody but the village idiots. unless all claims were rejected, its a damning loss.

Whilst they aren't related in the slightest to the 115 charges, it will be a big boost for us. The optics around city proving the premier league cannot act in an indiscriminate manner or even within the law has to raise a lot of questions and doubt.

Or that they are grossly incompetent. Or both, most likely.

Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United and Brighton and Hove Albion will be now forever known as the red cartel arseholes and the haemorrhoid clubs hanging onto them.
We should let it be known that we will conduct no business transactions (xfers) with them in the future.
