Their bold banner says we won. However the female presenter has only quoted the premier league, saying it's just minor stuff and a slight tweak is needed to the rules, nothing significant. Or words to that effect.

One side effect of today's judgement on rulling what is and is not a related third party and related third party income is that shareholder loans are now classified at Related 3rd party income.
