Yep. I’m seeing a real siege mentality from others because of this but all it’s done for me is cause worry - if the club were as confident as they let on about winning the 115 case there wouldn’t be any need for this, surely?

It won’t have any impact on the 115 case itself but in my (not so expert) opinion I get the impression the club are worried about the outcome of it?

That's my interpretation of it too. So possibly a made up number anyway if they can't be specific. Most of it will be conjecture.

Clearly been written based on a leak from a rival premier league club rather than City.

Which bodes well, given they wouldn’t leak it now if they were confident they would win the case.

I read it as 10-12 clubs have come out in support of the PL

I doubt City expected many teams to support us and really it doesn’t matter. The challenge is if the rule is legal and fair to all teams

It is clearly thought not to be and biased against teams whose owners come from a geography outside the USA in principal
