I couldn't get the City thing to work but imagined it was similar to this in a VR headset? It looks cool but don't know how good watching a full game from that behind the goal angle would be. I don't like that view in stadiums (except the FA Cup final vs Stoke when I was right behind Yayas winner!). When used with a VR headset can you 'walk' around the pitch and see any angle you want?
