According to the BBC Sport website, some stats over the 30 years of the PL mention some Blues.

The most PL yellow cards - Gareth Barry (123)

Most PL red cards = Richard Dunne (8) - shared with Patrick Vieira and Duncan Ferguson

Most PL own goals - Dunne again (10)

But.....the good news: best PL managerial win percentage (excluding short-term caretakers) - Pep Guardiola (74%)

Make of this what you will.

Is there anyway one for least tackles per card ?
It’s in the section containing:
‘Most blatant rule breaking , that wasn’t punished by ref’ : man United winners, Liverpool (arf!) runners-up’

‘Most matches refereeing prior influenced by managers/media’ - same again’

‘Most blatant incidents deemed to go to VAR that didn’t result in a penalty against a team - same again’

‘Highest average of incidents that resulted in a penalty to the opposition - City’

‘Lowest average of incidents that resulted in a penalty for the team - City’
