If I'm reading it correctly, Felix isn't a ST holder, he's a member who lives in Normandy who seems to use his brothers ST? Felix however does appear to attend a lot of away games which begs the question of how do people who attend all home games but struggle to get away tickets feel about that? The people who complain about "tourists" may be interested to know that although his father is a Manc, he's not? What's the difference?

Well if they are monitoring this forum here goes:-

Dear City, stop treating your most loyal long-term fans, who've stuck with the club through thick and thin, like shit. Stop taking us for granted! Stop putting corporate hospitality and chasing foreign tourist 'fans' ahead of us just for a little extra cash. Stop trying to police who we share our tickets with or who we sell them to at face value. Stop cancelling tickets just so you can re-sell them at inflated prices to non-fans.

Football goes around in circles. Whose going to be there to loyally support the club when that happens and you've fucked all the loyal fans off?

Just letting everyone know to watch out what they post on this forum, I swapped my ticket with a blue who was sitting in the lower tier and when he tried to scan in - the ticket wasn't working. And when I tried downloading it to my phone it would say "ticket has been canceled". We went to the ticket office and the rep showed me a screenshot of a message I'd posted on this forum a few days ago saying I was going to use my brother's ticket (which was unrelated). So they must have seen the message looked up supporters called Felix and then canceled the ticket to make me come to the ticket office on the day. The reps were absolutely no help, we ended up trying to convince them we'd swap back which we would have but they still refused to print my ticket off.

I bought two tickets from an online agency for the Wolves game as a present for my son's 18th birthday and mentioned it on the ticketing forum, as I had also put a request out on here.

24 hours later I received an email from the club and they also tried calling me, saying could I give them the seat details and they promised not to cancel the ticket.

I couldn't take that chance after spending £450!

City ticket office tracing season ticket holders based on their usernames, and blocking their tickets? The useless bastards haven't even got time to answer the phone never mind go all private detective and work out who Felix off Bluemoon is!

I can promise you they do and they did, the city rep had the screenshots at the ready on his laptop when I turned up at the ticket office

Why didn’t you just deny that was you when they showed you the screenshots

Why didn’t you take your brother ID with you I’m guessing you may look similar they only have a quick glance at the ID when giving tickets out

It was a really weird situation, I had 2 tickets, mine and my brothers. His was lower so I swapped mine with someone in lower. If you check my posting history I said that I was having issues with my brothers ticket which happened to a few blues so I couldn't download it. Because of me posting about the issue and saying I was using his ticket, the ticket office decided to cancel my ticket as an attempt to make me come to the ticket office I assume. So neither tickets worked. Also the blue I swapped with made the mistake of going to the ticket office himself asking to get my ticket I had swapped printed, so when I went they told me someone was pretending to be me so then I just tried explaining the whole situation and they weren't having any of it.

It's a confusing story I know

Yes I got 2 tickets via my OSC, neither worked and the ticket office wouldn't print them off even with one of them being in my name and the other in my brothers name (I had his ID with me)
