No problem in one person buying 4 tickets for Bournemouth/ Dortmund though so it’s absolute double-standards bollocks this knowing who is using the ticket shit. (Not a criticism of you PB BTW).You're right, but the problem is with the PL, who insist on clubs knowing as far as possible who is using the ticket. And it's also difficult to draw a line between someone giving their mate the ticket and someone selling it to someone they don't know, who could be an opposition fan.
As someone pointed out earlier in this or another thread, there is often a double standard applied to giving tickets to mates and "tourists" getting hold of them. If you believe in the points system then both are wrong. You can't be selective.
I know. It's completely ridiculous, as I've said before. No problem in one person buying 4 tickets for Bournemouth/ Dortmund though so it’s absolute double-standards bollocks this knowing who is using the ticket shit. (Not a criticism of you PB BTW).
Yes what about a plastic season ticket shaped the same size as a credit card? Maybe send it to you before each season starts in a big steel tin packed full of shite that no one wants. It'd be ideal if we had something along the lines of say a credit card, that you just swipe to gain access to the stadium for games. Then you could just give it to a mate or family member to use too ...
That was my poor attempt at humour...Why ?
Their conclusions after all that:In a somewhat related topic, I know the forum has been the subject of several academic papers including the 115 thread. This Swedish one is fun:

Didn't even get the founding date right, fucking frauds.
Don't worry though, I seem to think legally that anything you say is actually Ric's fault as he's classified as the "publisher" and therefore it's his responsibility if you libel anyone. So fill your boots lads.
I for one did want my shinny steel tin and it's contents. And miss not receiving them anymore.Yes what about a plastic season ticket shaped the same size as a credit card? Maybe send it to you before each season starts in a big steel tin packed full of shite that no one wants.
Just a thought….
Just letting everyone know to watch out what they post on this forum, I swapped my ticket with a blue who was sitting in the lower tier and when he tried to scan in - the ticket wasn't working. And when I tried downloading it to my phone it would say "ticket has been canceled". We went to the ticket office and the rep showed me a screenshot of a message I'd posted on this forum a few days ago saying I was going to use my brother's ticket (which was unrelated). So they must have seen the message looked up supporters called Felix and then canceled the ticket to make me come to the ticket office on the day. The reps were absolutely no help, we ended up trying to convince them we'd swap back which we would have but they still refused to print my ticket off.
Unbelievable

I have a similar ambition of being sexually harassedAlas, no one would bother to purchase mine. I dream of being marketable some day.

Alas !
I always appreciate your input Prestwich, and you may know more about these things obviously. You're right, but the problem is with the PL, who insist on clubs knowing as far as possible who is using the ticket. EFL rules are different to the PL's but their rules simply say tickets may not be transferred with the permission of the EFL.I always appreciate your input Prestwich, and you may know more about these things obviously.
It doesn't seem to be just the PL though. My much better half is a season ticket holder at Bolton and it's a similar setup as I understand it - can transfer to "friends and family" but they need to be registered (they don't charge though)
Imagine if they had run run out of chips, would've been carnage :-)
I know. I was being a bit sarcastic. The tin was quite nice but I never used the scarves they used to pad in to the tin.I for one did want my shinny steel tin and it's contents. And miss not receiving them anymore.
I think the fact these were Away tickets is quite crucial, why did you leave that out of the original message.I wish I was making it up but I genuinely traveled all the way to birmingham from France just to not get in because I posted a stupid message on this forum. I just want to warn others - believe me or not
