I do miss the plastic seasoncard and that you couid actually pass it on to a family member or mate who couldn’t afford to go.

Just letting everyone know to watch out what they post on this forum, I swapped my ticket with a blue who was sitting in the lower tier and when he tried to scan in - the ticket wasn't working. And when I tried downloading it to my phone it would say "ticket has been canceled". We went to the ticket office and the rep showed me a screenshot of a message I'd posted on this forum a few days ago saying I was going to use my brother's ticket (which was unrelated). So they must have seen the message looked up supporters called Felix and then canceled the ticket to make me come to the ticket office on the day. The reps were absolutely no help, we ended up trying to convince them we'd swap back which we would have but they still refused to print my ticket off.

Yes. It used to work fine. I understand the need for technology and improving things but the club have tied themselves in knots with these hurdles ,rules and hoops to jump through. If you’re going to impose this then at least have a decent IT and help desk to back it up.

Having to make a 60 mile round trip taking time of work to go to the stadium to sort my daughters season ticket issue before the start of this season because I was on hold for 2 hours is scandalous. .
