After looking it up the criteria is quite simple, most nominations for the Player awards across Men's and Women's teams, we had the most so won it.
Simple really so anybody questioning our award is a fuckin numb nut.
The award only started last year and Chelsea won it.
I think (?) the player nominations for both teams were tied last year so the award went to Chelsea as CL winners. If we won that then we would have won Club of the year 2 years running.

I don't know if we're club of the year, really. Obviously, we think we are. We think we're club of eternity. Or rather, we know it, and don't need it to be rubber stamped by anyone else.
That said, there really are objective grounds for saying that we are the best run club in England, and perhaps the best in Europe. That Daily Mail article this morning says it exactly like it is. I forget the name of the journo. It was referred to on here (not this thread), with a link. It is an admirable article, which explains exactly why we are so well run. Look it up. It just calmly demolishes Klopp's silly claim (which, by the way, was inflammatory).
