City not answering the phone

Which is exactly what happened to me. All I wanted was a print at home ticket and it took an hour. He even put me on hold whilst he asked if it could be done then put me on hold again whilst he checked it had been done. All sorted in the end but it took an hour.
Start of season the same process was anything upto 2 1/2 hours so a hour is a improvement I kid you not. CTID
 
Why don't we have a Live Chat option to cover all bases stood there waiting for ages on the phone is such an outdated concept. Instead we have Emily on City Twitter bit pathetic tbh.
