If the west ham game stays on the saturday, I'll try to get over for that. I was looking at the Mackems game but that will almost definitely get shifted (Pep's first game).

Decent fixture list that other than the Liverpool home, Arsenal and Chelsea away run but the CL fixtures (if we get that far) might change one of those.
Good three games to get up and running with and a nice derby early doors which will be fun. We should be able to get off to a really good start with that and then be fully used to Pep's playing style come christmas/Jan when the fixtures look a little tougher. That run in is excellent as well - those teams might be facing relegation but are probably more likely to be mid/lower mid table so we shouldn't have any problem getting points at the end of the season. Pretty happy with that overall.

Quite pleased with the fixtures. We should be able to get a good start to the season and rack up some points. December will be a tough month, as will early April. I assume that some of the fixtures from February onwards may have to be moved to allow for Carling Cup final or the later rounds of the FA cup.

Home derby could be moved for the League Cup adding to the run in fixtures.

I was thinking the opposite. The time to play the weaker clubs is not when they might be facing relegation. Who knows how the season will work out. A good start is important too
You're right, imagine if we can win the first 5 games, maybe not even conceding a single goal. That would surely set us up for the title... ;)
I work Friday nights till 10pm so may have to switch some shifts or book them as holidays if they are home gamesForgot about Friday games this season.
