City scouts at Aberdeen watching Fraser Fyvie

We have players looking for first team experience and regular games and Aberdeen have some excellent young players.

So I propose that we loan Cunnigham and Vidal to Aberdeen on season long loan and in return get an option on the above young talents

Aberdeen would make an excellent feeder club and Cunnigham and Vidal would get games and experience there.

But have any of those players got enough potential to play in the CL in the future? Or will they just be decent PL players.

If the answer to the first question is yes, then it's a good idea.
But Vidal has already been on loan to Aberdeen (in 08/09) and did quite well there :) .

With Bridge and Kolarov out Cunningham will be going nowhere before the end of the transfer window IMO.

Average, usual standard of your young SPL player. No better than the likes of Riordan, Naismith, Boyd, Whittaker, Caddis, Thomson, Brown, Scott McDonald when they were young. Infact, nowhere near as much potential than any of that lot.

Do you really think any of those sheep shagging diddys are gonna end up at one of the best teams in the world?

not seen any of these players, but the standards of Scottish football at the moment, and the talent coming out of it is extremely low, so I wouldn't hold out much hope they can make the big time with us orany other top club
