Not blamimg the kids and the family stand for the current impass at City between the people running the club and the fans, but the rot set in when the club bulldozed the family stand through and forced City fans to move.
In hindsight, it was a warning of what was to come.
The club are so focussed on pushing the Khaldoon and Soriano mantra pf revenue, profit, etc, that those underneath them won't dare speak out and make waves. TBH they are part of it. Profit margins. Spread sheets. Meetings. Etc.
The 'matchday experience' nonsense is another example of where those running the club have totally taken their eye off the ball.
They are catering for the market they've created and have nurtured, while ignoring the market many of us still want at City.
