I assume it's down to crowd control, event licensing, public liability insurance , police permissions. Implementing toilet facilities, medical cover. including the fact united are at home at the same time.Why didn't City put a huge screen on the back car park/s and make it free for everyone to watch the match? There would have been 1000's there. Instead they crammed a few hundred into City Square via tickets only.
