From OS - I reckon the discount on beer prices, coupled with the pubs around the ground no doubt hiking up their prices yet again will mean it's no more expensive drinking in City Square now:

City Square is back – and it’s bigger and better than ever before.

The Club’s unique fan space is regarded as the best in the Premier League and has proved to be immensely popular with our supporters.

The pre and post-match stop-off zone has become part of the matchday experience at the Etihad Stadium and, as ever, we’ve listened to the most important people of all – our fans – to make City Square even better.

You wanted cheaper draught beer – so we’ve slashed 20p off a pint. You wanted different food options – so we’ve introduced a bespoke fish and chip shop and gourmet burger outlet. In fact, all our food will be served in a traditional, home cooked form, just as you wanted it.

And, of course, City Square is all about entertainment so we’ve added a touch of glamour to our production team in the form of new presenter Natalie Pike who will be working alongside Hugh Ferris and Fanzone Danny.

There will be special guests, celebrities and bands throughout the season as well as football boules, competitions and former City legends on stage and remember, this is the place you will hear the team announced first..

Two fans will also win an instant hospitality upgrade each game so there will always be an opportunity to make your visit an unforgettable day watching the Blues in the lap of luxury.

It all begins again on Monday evening with the big kick-off against Swansea City with special guests announced later this week. All you need to do is enjoy the show.

You asked, we listened. City Square is yours…

she is perfect GF material!

Getting busy while watching city's 101 greatest goals haha!

:)

IIRC the fosters used to be £3.60 so should now be £3.40. The heineken was £4.00 a pop I think so should be £3.80, but I'm not 100% on those. No doubt people will whinge cos they're not free but city square will probably still take precedence over mary d's for me most times next season.
