I found the translation..........."my client wants a permanent contract,and i want it to be substantial so i make a good chunk of commission from it. If i tell everyone he may go somewhere else then it may push you into offering a deal, obviously it needs to be a club that you believe has the money to aquire him....so i think City are interested!"

He's on loan with lazio with first option to buy (he's price is between 15-20 mil if i remember exactly). And lotito (lazio president) allready confirmed that he's signing him in the summer.
