Reports are coming out of Russia that City have bid 25 million for Russian midfielder Yuri Dedlyndeyivich.The 24 year old spartak tbiblisi winger has been desciribed as the russian Ribery and has notched an impressive 30 goals in the past two years.

A City Delegation including two medical officers have been dispatched to moscow to tie up a deal before todays deadline.Dedlyndeyivich is said to be very keen on a move to the english premiership and has been highly touted by Guus Hiddink.
