City to win the league and rags to stay up, or City to come 2nd and rags to get relegated. Which would you choose?

Hell it would be great to see the shit relegated, but City winning pot after pot fills me with happiness and prolongs their agony. They are like a racehorse that now needs a bullet though.

Daft question. As long as they win nothing it doesn’t matter which league they’re in. Going down and away from the heat of top level competition could rejuvenate them.

Happy with anything below top 4 for them as long as we finish above them.

Us to win, always. Plus, if they do go down it might be the catalyst for some kind of pheonix from the flames type rebirth that sees them gradually return to their former glories. Fuck that!

My love for City is greater than my hatred of them, so seeing City win will always be far more important.
It always has to be what’s best for your own team has to come first, United being relagated won’t change much footballing wise as in there supporters would be unhappy for a few months until the new season starts but they would still be the biggest club in the world but a profile to match just like when they were relagated in the 1970s..
city need to always win trophies to build up there profile and relevance in the game.

Only one answer is City win the PL and this is the priority every season anything else is a bonus playing the rags the following season as Champions again ole ole, rubbing their noses in it is great. Them doing anything is not on my list of City priorities they are irrelevant
