For the amount of money their payed they should be together the whole day of th game and even before the night of the game.

£100,000 a week for a couple hours of training a day and a couple of game is hardly getting th best out of your players is it!

doing it Mancinis way will hopefully get them bonding more etc the only problem is if we keep swapping managers all the time players will get pissed off with all the change sliek the ones mancini has implemented
