First episode is alright but like a lot of these docs they seem confused about who they're actually for.
Lots of clips of boring backroom stuff that only football fans will care about followed by very slow explanations of why Klopp and Pep have an intense rivalry or brief presentations on what the rondo is. They never quite find the proper balance.
Funniest moment though has to be Gundogan saying to the producer during the Champions League draw, "I played for Dortmund too, you know? Why only film Haaland?" That's a little moment of proper humanity that these documentaries always lack because you can tell so much has been cut.
Will carry on though. Curious to see just how much the 115 Premier League charges brought the dressing room together.
