City Treble documentary | Club sell rights to Netflix for seven figure sum | To be aired in April (p5)

This explains everything. Firstly fair play to the city media side for producing something good enough to be paid over a million to air, wouldn't get that at other clubs. Dont mind this tbh, a simple way to boost the coffers and I'm sure for those without Netflix access it will be free at some point.

If we are still in the hunt for another Treble come April, there’s no reason this couldn’t be a springboard (and bad reminder to others) of what could be!

P.S. How will UEFA & PL determine if the millions Netflix are paying us is a fair fee for FFP/PSR purposes, as no-one in history has had this deal before???

I see #116 incoming!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

feels like we should be getting 10s of millions rather than a 7 figure sum which could be even 1.5m only, albeit its good for extra exposure as lots of netflix couch potatoes can watch it who know nothing about football and learn about the greatest club in the world.

well done to the internal production team, certainly a better job based on the trailer than the online streaming of the trophy celebration which was shocking with no picture, freezing picture and showing us some fat Gvardiol looking guy chatting with mostly unknown people while the bus parade was actually going on. :)
(i know weather killed the cameras, wonder if the netflix documentary can still do proper bits and pieces of it.)
