City TV match highlights problem?

I've tried a number of times logging into the clubs website, using both my e-mail account & password or my supporter number & password to watch the match highlights for both our league games.

But I keep getting a message saying the video isn't available, please try again later (or words to this effect).

Is anyone else having the same issue?

It's very frustrating not being able to see match highlights like previous seasons.

I also suspect we are being prepped for some kind of subscription payment system to view match highlights in the not too distant future sadly :-(

I just watched the Chelsea highlights a bout an hour a go so no problems for me.

I have the new windows 10 and it wont let me see, have to go on to you tube to watch. window 10 has took my a adobe link off me so I need to suss how to put it on again as it keeps saying not ready yet for 10

I have signed up, but not able to view highlights, keeps saying my password or Email are incorrect, USELESS.

I am having the same problem; I rang Customer services who said that they were aware of the problem effecting some customers and that the IT Technicians were working on it.
I rang on Tuesday and was told I was number 10 on the list of customers effected by this & they would call me when it was resolved!
Still no call!

I wouldn't worry if you can't see the highlights as they make it look like we battered Chelsea and, as we all know, it was a fake result.

At least you've bothered to contact Customer Services and find out, whereas my first thought was to come here for the answers :)

cant go fullscreen on the player using Safari on my iMac Os10 ... havent been able to since the start of the season, problem only affects the highlights and works on everything else (interviews/city today etc). its is odd.

Same here. Cannot go Full Screen this season could do last season. I am Google Chrome browser. Very Annoying.
