City Umbro Maroon Shirt - 1989 / 90 Season

Looking for some help here.

I first started watching City in 1989 / 90 season and my first shirt that I bought was the Umbro/Brother maroon away kit that we wore (not too often) between 1989 and 1991. It's still my favourite City Shirt (probably because it was the first one I had) but unfortunately over time it has got lost (not that it would fit me now).

Now, I know this is a long shot, but I don't suppose anyone has one that is a) still in decent shape, b) has it in XL and c) is willing to part with it. If so, you might get in touch.

if so umbro reissued this and the home 5-1 shirt a couple of years ago maybe contact them

my missus ironed mine....gutted as its my fav city top and has been to many places on my travels

I got that maroon 1989 one from ebay last year for about £12. It was reissued so it was new, and didnt fit the seller so it was a bargain. They are out there it shouldnt be too hard to pick one up

I shudder at all the red. Horrible! Wish we'd never had red in our kits.

Yup got that one!

Loved that one, but was only 11 when I had it so it wouldn't fit anymore.

I reckon that, and the one in the thread title, are my favourite two away tops ever.
