CL semi final second leg will be played May 16/17. Maybe TV want us to play Saturday at 12.30 which would be taking the piss if either team has to play Wednesday night in CL. Surely the late afternoon slot or the Sunday afternoon slot would be better. Not sure why it can't be announced that we play 5.30on Saturday, then we play Brighton away on the Wednesday followed by Brentford on the Sunday. Piss easy this TV lark.Probably waiting to see who qualifies for Champion League semi final next couple of days. We play Chelsea and when that game can be played depends on if both or either are still involved in Champs. League.

If BT have it then it makes the fact it hasn't been announced all the more baffling unless City and Chelsea have both asked not to play at the early in case they have already played midweek in CL.If BT have it they won't play it in a Sky slot.
The clubs should have made the rules on selecting fixtures water tight not to allow this.
I think it was the same for Villa last year, the course for the HM went past CoMS but about 4/5 hours before the game, the later 10k didn't.Half marathon on Sunday morning in mcr don’t know if that could affect day game is on with policing issues etc
There are a couple of other things that need to fall into place in the big picture. The rags v Chelsea game that was originally this weekend still needs a date but that probably can't be sorted until the progress or otherwise of both teams in Europe is confirmed. And Brighton still have to find a slot for their visit to Newcastle in addition to the game against us.I would imagine We'll find out on Friday. The premier league will be waiting on the outcome of our champions league game so they can announce the Brighton rescheduled game at the same time. If we get knocked out there's 3 midweeks free. If we progress then it can only be the midweek between Chelsea and Brentford.
