Reading were better to watch today than we have been for the last 12 months, static, lethargic and one dimensional.

Let's face it pal, you've got to have some liking for a man that's picked up a club that refused to see it itself as a leading presences in the football world and turned it into "the Champions"........Have some faith mate, with the new Chiefs we will only get better.

Oh I don't hate him. Hate is a terrible emotion. It just makes you twisted and bitter. I'm 44, I've experienced some incredible highs and lows supporting city over that period. Last May he gave me quite possibly the greatest high of my lifetime. A day I will take to the grave with me. And still I often wonder Did we win it because of him or in spite of him?

It's true... same fixtures every year, Mancini's City run into the exact same problems and never seem to sort them. Everton away, Stoke away, Sunderland away, Liverpool away, sometimes Everton home (though we'd rid of that hoodoo last season but it's back). Points dropped constantly, everything follows the same script usually.

Yep, I think the concentration/effort levels has improved for those games as we know to expect a cup final style performance but we still don't know how to get around those teams. Have a good spell, can't score, run out of ideas.

Re: Cty v Everton Post Match Discussion

Makes me laugh this forum

If you come away from a game disappointed and have the audacity to complain about :-

1. Mancini selection and substitutes
2. Lethargy in team play
3. Under performing players on astronomical salaries
4. Out played in certain areas especially over ran in midfield in the first half

To name a few, then these silly boys on here call you a new fan or a rag, well I've paid my dues and been going to city since 1975. More than happy with what we've achieved and how we've progressed, but we have to do better as champions of England

We are on a forum to discuss positives and negatives we can't all agree.

Today we were shit !!! However still unbeaten but you can't hide the fact that the scum have lost 3 and still above us. We simply don't get forward quick enough or have enough shots. I don't think I remember Howard making a save 2nd half

Re: Cty v Everton Post Match Discussion

Sorry is this the same Everton who are sixth in the table? Who have drawn with Arsenal and Liverpool, and beaten the rags already this season? Maybe I'm mistaking them for some relegation fodder team like qpr?
