The fact we’re stating there may have been bias from those putting a verdict on us makes me think it is PL related.

I meant that the case he was referring to had nothing to do with the Premier League, whereas this one obviously does

Seems to have been going on for a while, given that it isn’t the first appeal.

Seeing the word Arbitration makes me fearful it could be FFP related again.

The PL had a case against us at the same time UEFA did if I remember correctly and it had been going on 2 years. I can also remember a journo mentioning that the PLs case was still pending. I assumed it all went away with the CAS victory and that the PL wouldn’t risk it.

My guess,if it’s quite old is it’s FFP again. But it’s just a guess.
