City v PL | Legal Dispute/Appeal

Don't forget he was first to leak UEFA findings in their totally fair and unbiased sentencing of City.
He seems to always have the inside tracks with our hearings and dealings with the courts and being punished.

I'm willing to bet, we aren't giving him the infromation
Didn't know that! Fair enough mate

Doubt his "source" is any different to where everyone else in this thread got it last week. Put two and two together as we all have and it does point towards FFP. Delay publishing it til the eve of the semi for maximum effect...
His source is probably this forum. He knows nothing. This is far more likely to be about that TPO case.

If so, and I'm not doubting you, where does that leave the PL financial case which they were last known to be 'still investigating' after we beat UEFA at CAS?

Are we then potentially still being investigated for financial fair play type stuff AND tpo?

What is the City of Moscow reference in the document under 4.

?

If there is an appeal from arbitration (whose findings are not made public) to the civil courts (whose judgments are usually made public) there is a question as to whether the findings of the appeal should be made public. The City of Moscow case is the case where the courts say what are the factors they have top take into account when deciding whether to make the appeal findings public.

So the answer to your question is 'it's the name of a case where the relevant legal principles were discussed.'

The PL can investigate if we've made false statements to support a licensing application for FFP purposes (as it's them who do it for us on behalf of UEFA). The simple fact it that CAS proved we didn't. And the timing of this case isn't right anyway.
