As Big Dave Watson says above, we only need a win and a draw from the last three games to finish above Utd, by virtue of our superior goal difference. No nonsense about putting youngsters in - our best side is essential. We must avoid the dreaded 4th Euro-playoff spot.

We can only hope Arsenal slip up, and then we might just scrape second.

But let's nail 3rd place first. No complacency please!

4 out of the last 6 meetings, we have scored 3 goals
3 out of the last 5, they have scored 2 goals.

So 3-2 is always a good bet :)

Makes for an interesting match as they cannot afford to park the bus and play for a draw. If they fancy taking us on, there is only one outcome.
I fully expect them to park the bus and try to hit on the break. We are susceptible to that and they could nick a goal. But realistically I expect us to go 4-4-2 Bony & Aguero and beat them handily.
Key is to start fast and score early then they will have to go for it and we should take advantage.

Dunney but no Ned (red card) v Kun and Possibly Bony.

We should score a few, expect a Dunney goal either an og or a corner.

They have to win, they won't sit back as much as teams usually do, concentrate at the back and we should smash them then a point at either Swansea or Southampton at home will see us salvage 3rd. Hoping kun bags a few. Deserves to win the golden boot at a canter, he's head and shoulders above any other striker in the league.

I think with injuries to midfield we could well see some players back from loan maybe even getting into the first team squad and maybe 1 or 2 might well end up getting a place on the bench for the game. Maybe Seko Fofana might get into the mix. At 19 and getting some first team experience from his loan spell at Fulham he could be the 1 on the bench for me. Or maybe is it too early for him but I be interested to see the bench on Sunday be nice experience to give the lad.

Mangala
Kolarov
Fernando
Fernandihno
Milner
Silva
Bony
Aguero

This is probably the team Pellers will put out. Boy Otter will be the cover for Demi./Mangler.
I don't suppose we will see jovetic again. He seems to have disappeared. I wouldn't put Dzeko on the bench - I would try Kelechi ?
