Can't be arsed wading through the other thread but surely they aint selling the same seat for Southampton at £56 and QPR at £20?
Yep they are
They wont be. Prices weren't 'from' £56 for Southampton.

Fair enough. So out of interest what are the £56 Southampton seats for QPR and what are the £20 QPR seats for Southampton?

No they're not. It says adult prices FROM £20. The Saints £56 tickets were for the most expensive seats in the stadium. The £20 QPR tickets won't be for the same seats.

No they are not.

The other topic quoted the price for the most expensive seat. Over-exagerated

I'd expect Row A behind the goals to be the cheapest tickets, with the dearest being on the front row of the third tier - for example.

i posted the price range on the other topic. From memory they started from £43 to £56

If QPR is a Cat C game then I think it's the same price as last season as they started from £20

Why do tickets that are on open sale work out cheaper than what I pay in my season ticket? So much for loyalty it's disgusting!

So, much cheaper for this game.....from £20 adults

Manchester City v Queens Park Rangers
Saturday 1 September 2012
Kick off – 5:30pm
City’s second home game in defence of their Premier League title sees QPR visit with memories fresh from their last time at the Etihad Stadium.

Sergio Aguero’s last-gasp winner gave City the league title in the most dramatic style imaginable, after 10-man Rangers looked to have denied the Blues.

Mark Hughes has enhanced his squad over the summer and QPR are likely to pose another stern test for Roberto Mancini’s side.

Tickets for this game are priced from:
£20 Adult
£18 18-21
£13 16-17
£5 Junior (Under 16)
£18 Over 65s
£18 Disabled (wheelchair & ambulant)

Tickets will be available online at http://www.mcfc.co.uk/tickets, by telephone on 0161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 2)* and to personal callers at the ticket office above the City Store at the Etihad Stadium for supporters that meet the following criteria;

• 2012/13 Blue Members with Match Ticket Priority – Wednesday 1 August at 9am.
• General Sale online only – Saturday 4 August at 9am.
• General Sale, all outlets – Monday 6 August at 9am.

can you pay additional cash to the ticket office ? they are far too cheap and will never lead to a 900 page rant on here

Looks like the club have read the £56 home games thread. Victory for the poorer fans.

*This is posted with the sole intention of whipping the "I'm alright jack" crowd into a frenzy*

*and it's also true*

It won't work out cheaper over a whole season though. My Seasoncard works out at an average of £28.42 per game but if I bought a ticket for each of the 19 league games in that stand where my seat is then it would average out as costing more.
