That would be 4 changes. Gives Kdb, Sterling and Walker much needed rest. We'd still have them in reserve and hopefully we could rest Silva, Fernandinho, Sane and possibly Delph at the weekend.

I like the look of that ! Defo think Super Kev needs a rest, he's been looking a bit jaded the last few games. CTID.
 
Its the time of the season for rolling the sleeves up and grinding our results. As to resting players, first Southampton are no mugs, we have to play a strong team, rest more against West Ham. But doesn't it also depend on how intense training is? I mean, playing Sunday, Wednesday, Sunday etc. isn't so bad if the training sessions are more recovery and tactical. Players are going to be as fit as they are likely to be, they just need to stay sharp, so maybe Vinny and Delph could play again?
 
We need these 3 points against Southampton and 3 from West Ham to really put pressure on Stretford Rangers. Lets hope we're bang at it.
I think they may well buckle in their next two games. I can see 2 draws easily. 12 points behind? What does Reg Varney do then? Go for it in the derby? I'd love it, we should tear them a new one if that's the case. I'm hoping we have 11 rested 1st teamers against their A side they had to put out against CSKA who will have made it a tough old game midweek.

There's no width on the left side of that team with both Sane and Mendy out of it, Sane can rest next week for the Shaktar game.
 
Fernandinho is one booking away from suspension. If he doesn' get booked against Southhampton I'm sure he Will be rested against West Ham as it's the rags the following game.
 
Could be a great game for Sane to get a card so we can play Foden/Diaz against WHU as Bernie doesn't look too hot sat out wide.
