I've read that the game is in doubt due to rain/thunderstorms so there's a chance it might be called off.

Not too bothered if it gets cancelled because even if the rain subsides the pitches will be in a bad state. Don't want any unnecessary injuries
See Sky are now saying they are showing it live.
Doesn't seem to be on any of the Sky Sports Channels.
