Seat Relocations

We want to ensure our supporters have the best possible matchday experience in the very best atmosphere and to help achieve this, we will be closing the third tier of the Colin Bell Stand and East Stand for this fixture.

Supporters who have joined the League Cup Scheme and whose seasonal seat is located in Level 3 will have their seat relocated to an alternative area within the stadium. All supporters who have joined the League Cup Scheme and who have registered an email address with the Club have been sent a communication requesting that they select a first and second choice alternative seat location within the stadium.

It is important to remember that we have a number of supporters on the League Cup Scheme on Levels 1 and 2, and whilst we will endeavour to allocate you the best available seat, this may not be possible due to availability. There may also be occasions where we are unable to fulfil both your first and second choice options. If this is the case, we will allocate you a seat as close to your preferred choice as we can. All supporters on the League Cup Scheme will have their seats processed before we go on sale to other supporters to ensure we can offer you the best available seats.

To ensure supporters have the widest choice of available seats to relocate to, we recommend that supporters register a valid email address with the club to ensure we can contact you to capture your alternative seat preference. This can be done by signing in to (or registering) your account online at <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfc.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfc.co.uk</a>.

Official Match Ticket

Entry to the Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club or through the Viagogo Ticket Exchange only. The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to the Stadium as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.

Hospitality

Supporters who wish to enquire and/or purchase hospitality for this game should telephone 0161 444 1894 (option 1, option 2) or email: sales@mcfc.co.uk.

Ticket Collection

All supporters who are collecting pre-purchased tickets may do so from the Stadium Ticket Office located in City Square (behind the stage). The Ticket Office will be open from 9am until 15 minutes after kick-off.

Guests collecting Hospitality tickets should do so from the City@Home reception located by Gate 11. Any City@Home collections that remain 15 minutes after kick-of will be sent to the Colin Bell Stand reception for late arrivals.

Important Supporter Information

Visiting the Stadium

The stadium address for satellite navigation is: Etihad Stadium, Manchester M11 3FF.

If you have not visited the Etihad Stadium before, we want you to enjoy the whole experience, and that starts with how to get here and where to park. To find out more click here for the stadium plan [embed <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfc.co.uk/The-Club/Visiting-the-Stadium" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfc.co.uk/The-Club/Visiting-the-Stadium</a>]

Supporters requiring a taxi after the final whistle are advised to make their way to Ashton New Road where taxis are located. Due to road closures immediately after the game, taxis are unable to enter the Etihad Campus for at least one hour after the final whistle. Those supporters wishing to travel in to Manchester City centre may board supporter buses which are also located on Ashton New Road opposite the South Stand.

Persistent Standing

To help continue improving the matchday experience for all supporters, we ask that you respect the club’s request to avoid persistent standing at all games. This is one of our biggest sources of complaints from your fellow supporters in all sections of the stadium. We wish to make our matchdays as enjoyable an experience as possible for all of our fans and, as such, we request that you and fellow supporters remain in your seat for the majority of the match. Fans who breach these requests may be ejected from the stadium, and in some cases may have their membership card withdrawn. Please help us to avoid such measures by co-operating with this request and help us to create an enjoyable experience for all of our fans. We thank you for your support in helping us ensure a visit to the Etihad Stadium is a great experience.

Respect the Badge <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfc.co.uk/The-Club/Respect-The-Badge" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfc.co.uk/The-Club/Respect-The-Badge</a>

Manchester City Football Club prides itself on having the best fans in the country and we greatly appreciate your support in enforcing the code of conduct. You are purchasing tickets which are located in stands which seat home fans only. We expect all supporters to behave in a manner appropriate to their surroundings. This code must be adhered to. Failure to comply could result in you being asked to leave the Stadium. For high profile games, such as local derbies or cup games, a zero tolerance policy will be in operation.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed to be brought in to the Etihad Stadium:

- Golf umbrella or any article that may be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety

- Professional recording equipment (audio and visual)

- Bags larger than A4 size

- Prams and pushchairs (these can be left at your own risk at the City@Home reception located at Gate 11 for collection after the match).

Smoking

Please note that the entire Etihad Campus, including roadways, car parks and concourses, is smoke free. The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited. Manchester City Football Club operates a strict, no re-admission policy and there will not be an opportunity to leave and re-enter the Stadium.

The Ticket Office and Supporter Services are open Monday - Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm (closed Sunday & Bank Holiday). Both facilities will open on the day of all scheduled First Team home fixtures and Supporter Services will open for all scheduled First Team away fixtures until kick-off in-line with the opening times stated here and from 11am on Sunday/Bank Holiday. Please call 0161 444 1894 (option 1, option 3).

All tickets and hospitality are sold subject to availability and are issued subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited’s 2012-13 home match terms and conditions of sale, 2012-13 Hospitality terms and conditions of sale (available upon request) and any applicable ground regulations.

Re: City v Villa Ticket details.

Expensive week Blues! About £100 going out for Madrid, Dortmund & Villa tickets, but wouldn't we all rather be paying a tenner for York, Grimsby & Torquay ;)

Re: City v Villa Ticket details.

£17.50 for myself in the cup scheme. Great price and a fiver cheaper than if not. Let's see how many get down to the club to support the lads.

U16's at a fiver is also a great price.

I think it will be the usual suspects shoeing up for this one!

Re: City v Villa Ticket details.

cannot really understand the logic with the pricing, for what effectively will be 2 reserve teams.

we got 25k v bham last season at 15 quid, villa will bring no more, and city will have a similar turnout.

arsenal charge a tenner for ALL league cup games and get 60000 no matter what, surely an opportunity missed to show some imagination with the prices, as opposed to squeezing the regulars.

not saying it's overly expensive, just unimaginitive.

i would have done family tickets etc, just to see if we could do better than shutting a 1/3rd of the ground.

Re: City v Villa Ticket details.

Well they are taking my fiver on Sunday 9th September so I'll definitely be there. Bring them on, and hopefully Dunnie will be fit for this match and he will have Shay in goal.

Re: City v Villa Ticket details.

Too much that, can only afford Villa or Dortmund so Dortmund it is.

Re: City v Villa Ticket details.

I wonder how many people moaning in the whore points thread will turn up for this game.
