City Victory Parade - 2022/23

Fans of the Red shites in complete denial about the turnout. I was there and it was immense. Blues every fucking where.
Sad fucking twats are broken. Up the mighty blues.

We’re you expecting anything else? A billion people could have turned up and they would have been saying otherwise. It is their comfort blanket now the team they have chosen because of how many trophies they have won isn’t successful anymore.

100pc. Felt like every Blue in every area in Greater Manchester jumped on a bus, tram, whatever into town to go mad in the streets while it bucketed it down. The many school kids who were there might not have grasped it in the moment, but this will be remembered for years to come. Really felt like our boys bought the Treble home to the people. It was the people’s parade and magical for it. Showed how big and passionate our support is. Loved it.

This is an iconic shot.

What an incredible image, one that will be seen for generations.

The 100m money shot and worth ever single penny.

Considering we are one of the richest clubs on the planet, the coverage of the biggest event in our history was screwed up pathetically. Get real City, ticket sales and now coverage of the treble seemed amateurish over the last few weeks, we fans deserve better, the team and the coaching staff are beyond anything we have ever seen, but some of this seems like we are back to the Swailes era.
It's occured to me that everything non-Pep related at City is a bit shit. So the players, player recruitment, physical therapy, medics, player-related back office staff etc all top notch, because it affects Pep and he'll accept only the best. But ticketing, media related areas etc are pretty poor, sometimes verging on amateurish. It's a shame because City is now a multi-billion pound organisation and should do much, much better in those areas. Khaldoon should be recruiting top people to get those areas sorted out.

As soon as the players in the state they were in started taking over the microphone then that was it. Combined with the truely bizarre questioning of pep, it was just a shit show.

thought the same, cringe..

there where more people on the stage that i didnt know than did, its getting a farce the hangers on.

same with the end of game in istanbul, we argue about a pitch invasion being justified but the amount of press and hangers on there. On these ocasions we want to see the players and manager / coaches please.
