Was superb today as was Kolo Toure. They both kept Walcott and Van Persie quiet for most of the game. Great defensive display today by the team when our forward line didn't quite click today.

Zaba had a great game, kept Theo Walcott on a tight leash, could have scored an incredible goal [ would have been brilliant ], and just got the job done, I've always been impressed by Zaba's attitude, his work rate, all in all a very good team player...........

I'll put it like this:
Our best overall team performance ever.
Yes we have been more clinical and finished better. But I cannot remember a game where every single player played so well. We carried no passengers today.
Zab was immense. Barry was immense. Komps was immense. But every player was bloody good. Fabulous effort.

Arsenal done well today to give us such a good game. In terms of talent, we are on a different level to every other team in the prem but today, Arsenal seemed to get stronger and stronger in the second half and played some good stuff. They're much more fluid than the Chelsea team we got beat off (who I thought were really poor), but still seem short of a world class player or two and maybe a player like Barry who wins lots of second balls, and starts building possession again.
