Rodwell made the individual error but the manager has to take the blame....he has messed around and changed a defensive base of our back 4 and holding midfielders and it hasn't worked...

Dejong better at the defensive role than Garcia, yaya and rodwell.

Trying to play this back 3 system

All wrong and its affecting how we play going forward as well...we hardly ever played long balls last year...we ate doing it more and more this year as yaya is too deep for starters.....

Individual mistakes...yes....but tactics and balance of the team are way out,at the moment as well

I'm really sick of this notion that Rodwell can't bear any responsibility without several reasons why it's someone else's fault he's useless.

In my opinion we should be playing 4-3-3 at home and 4-5-1 away. Same back 4, same 3 midfield. Only difference being wingers who are more defensive away and wingers who are more attacking at home.
