We were good for four as far as I'm concerned. As for Greater Manchester Photographers, well done for letting the stewards get a pasting doing your job. I'm sure you got some great footage though.

Craig Noone impressed me. I don't think Kolarov will want to face him again, for a long time. In fact, there was some sloppy defending in one or two others also. Although, I thought Javi Garcia did well overall, despite going to sleep for their first goal (apparently - I missed it).
Negredo didn't look a happy bunny, coming off. Then again, I'd have something else to whinge about if he'd been grinning from ear to ear, I suppose.
All in all, we played poorly enough but won, scoring four. Even an old grouch like me can smile tonight.

The thing is, teams are copping on to the fact that we leave a huge hole in this area. Zab gets back to cover his, Kolarov doesnt so much. This is really noticeable when Garcia plays over Fernandinho, who often covers it. Expect every team to try get in there now after seeing Noone have a field day.

Oh and Yaya's goal was amazing.simply amazing.

While the two goal lead takes the pressure off and allows our creative players to move forward with purpose and intent, it also seems to have an adverse effect on our defence and they switch off.

However, with 3 points and another 4 goals in the bag I'm not to fussed to be fair.
