Think that we can only make 6 signings means it'll be unlikely for him to recall everyone. Also think he will stick to a back 3 given he doesn't have a natural RB to call upon.

Ederson
Garcia Stones Laporte
Bolton Dinho Foden Mendy
B.Silva Aguero Sane

Mahrez or Bernardo is a toss up for me. Feel Pep will reward the youth players who excelled so expect to see Foden, Garcia and Bolton

I agree on Bolton. Doesn't make sense to push old Fern :) out on RB.

On Foden's position it's more important to give the big guns some match time.
Maybe Foden can share some minutes but he doesn't need special praise to know Pep and the fans love the local lad
and hope to have a great academy trained player on top of our 4 homegrown one day.

Who can bring up what Pep said in the embargoed 15 min spell of today's pre match presser?? ;-)
I don't usually watch press-conferences. They're quite dull because managers don't want to give away any secrets in terms of tactics etc. Conversely, talking to Pep face to face would be something... :)

Interesting to see what team Pep will put out. I am sure he will have an eye on the Arsenal game thus will play a strong side.

Like to see Bolton given another chance and maybe try either Zinchenko or Luiz as the DM option if Dhino doesn't play.

Be great if we can win but Arsenal is the more important game imo.

Yes, agree with that Arsenal quote.Arsenal is a must win game if we want to get out of the blocks fast and with confident.I hope we have our absolute best side against Arsenal and welcome Emery to the league with a bang :D

It’s going to be hot on Sunday, hopefully it won’t affect the tempo of our play.

It's been flipping hot down here for 2 + months with 1 days rain, make it stop now
Oh, I know. It has been very hot here, as well, with only fairly bad storms (no “normal” rain showers) for respite, so I am ready for Autumn.

I tried playing yesterday evening (32° 85% Humidity) and I was done with that after only 20 minutes. It is not uncommon for me to run 7-9 km a match, even with my knees the way they are, but I barely made 3 km in that game.

Should be interesting to see how our partially fit lads do on Sunday.

I don't know how you can stand temps like this in the states on a regular basis, thankfully it won't be like this again for a long time here
I think the players might struggle a bit, lots of subs anyway
