I doubt Pep’s too bothered about the result, but I think he’ll play a stronger team than some have predicted. It’s the last chance to give senior players some game time before the serious business starts. Arsenal is going to be a really tough game, and I doubt he’ll play the kids there so we need to get people up to speed quickly.

Don't know if I should even try and predict a team until we know who'll be available. Could see a lot of players back tomorrow, so five-six days in training could make all the difference.
 
Just checked the website and seems a lot more tickets have been sold in the last 24 hours. There were 13 blocks still available, now 8

This counts as a competitive game, teams are only allowed to name 7 subs and only allowed to bring 6 subs on, so can't change the team completely at half time.

Pep doesn't think this game is a friendly, as he said, it's a final. He is the most ambitious coach in the world, I'm sure he'll choose the best players available.
And on the other side, Sarri will try his best to win his first trophy as a coach. This game is gonna be amazing

Whilst I think the likes of Aguero, Otamendi, Silva, Fernandinho etc... will end up getting game time, I will be astonished if they start after only having a week in training.

I have a feeling Pep will play a side close to what we have seen in pre-season knowing a number of those players may well end up having to be gambled by playing the first league game against Arsenal.
