Because we had to go gentle because the bone took 8 months to heal i'm having to split apart adhesions round the newly healed muscle and ligaments,lots of cracking noises and pain but has to be done,they said it would take a year but it'll be more like 18 mths because of the complications,i am never wearing flip flops in the garden again lol
