Need Milner sitting in the middle if Fernando aint back. Let the elephant play in he 3 behind Sergio, he made the difference there 2 seasons ago versus these.

Know its not match based, haven't been to ground since Stoke, but does any one know if the road works on the bridge at the ground end of Viaduct St, the one behind the running track is finished. thanks. ps,think we will see the team start to pick up after a bit of a dodgy first few games, just losing concentration at times. 2-0 if costa doesent play 2-1if he does.

Big game on Sunday. I must say I am not confident. Jovetic out with a hamstring , Fernando needs a couple of weeks, Boston Strangler not yet ready.
I can see Kolorov coming in and Zabba. We definitely need yaya and Nasri getting back to some sort of form.
Aguero must start – but will he last 90 mins. How is Dzeko ? – after his painful back against Bayern.?.God he was unlucky to get booked as he did reach and got the ball.
So it will be (?) – Hart , Zab , Komps. MDM , Kolorov, Fernie ,Yaya, Nasri ,Silva, Aguero and Dzeko.
Unfortunately I see Chelsea winning. – given that they played really well against Everton (3-6).

Honestly that 6-3 flattered them hugely. Everton's defending was atrocious that day and they (Everton) could have scored 2 or 3 more themselves.

Anyone know what the view is like from block 110 row c in terms of seeing the other side of the pitch?
I used to be in row a but its disappeared , won't be too bad you're just see over showsecs heads lol

We are on the same points as last season , before Chelsea come tomorrow ,it was Moseys lot that we stuffed on our fifth game if I remember all wasn't going to plan with poor performances against Hull and the Cardiff disaster, So here we are again at our unconvincing best ,IMHO I don't think we have truly impressed since the second half v Liverpool ,and the second half against Bayern typified our lethargic and laid back start, However putting pressure on our own isn't going to help we have already got the media doing that for us ,and should we succumb to Maureens mob tomorrow no doubt the knives will be out for Pellers Despite ya ya "s awful display in midweek we will not succeed unless we get behind him and the team tomorrow and endeavour to cut the gap

not been this nervous about a home game in a long time. it's vital we win, not only to keep in touch with Chelsea but also for a much needed confident boost after the last 3 games. Mourinho has a perfect set up to play against us, pack the midfield and hit us on the break with skillful, quick players. pellegrini is going to have to be smart about this one if we are to come out on top. He can't simply play 4-4-2 and expect our overall superiority player to player to win us the game this time. We need an excellent tactical team performance and can't rely on somebody coming up with a piece of magic.

Beware the impact of the Bayern game.....

Bayern drew today and Dortmund lost. Atletico Madrid also drew and of course Liverpool lost.

I know there are exceptions, but generally teams that play bug European games generally struggle at the weekend. We are lucky that our opponents also played in midweek however their game was considerably easier, even if they made a pigs ear of it, and they also did not have the travel to cope with
